About Jovette
Rev. Jovette M. Humes-Archer is an Exhorter of the Church of God. She is also the daughter of the late Bishop Dr. John N. Humes, Administrative Bishop or prelate of the Church of God, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos Islands. Jovette is a wise, focused and dynamic preacher who draws from her knowledge of the word of God acquired both from ministerial training and from growing up in church from infancy. Jovette successfully completed the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program in 2023 and became an Exhorter of the Church of God in 2026. Jovette believes in and is open to various churches or denominations and in various ministering capacities.
Jovette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lee University, where she also served as Dormitory Chaplain, and a Master of Education degree from the University of Florida. She is a wife, mother, licensed teacher, conference host, digital creator, and preacher. Jovette lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Dr. Kendis F. Archer and their daughter, Kayla M. Archer.
